How I've been been helping others...

Vintage Tea Setting

stuck, stagnated, struggling?

...so once was I, until I did my 'self excavation'.

sometimes, we need to do a little digging...

...I had to finally face what I didn't even know I was avoiding.

once we go beyond our surface we can work with what's really controlling our lives.

...sometimes, beneath our secondary emotions such as anger, fears and irritations could be the things we need to deal with, like grief or shame.

My Unique Approach

I've been a journaler all of my life, but I only understood it's true power when I had to heal my way out of depression. In addition to reflective journaling, I discovered narrative therapy and creative journaling. My practice is built on what worked for me.
